How I work

A clear process, no surprises.

    A call and a short written brief: goals, constraints, success criteria. You get a fixed proposal with scope and timeline.

  2. 1–2 weeks

    02Design & architecture

    Wireframes and technical decisions before any code — so we agree on what we're building and why.

  3. 2–8 weeks

    03Build

    Short iterations with a working preview from week one. You see progress, not status reports.

  4. Ongoing

    04Launch & grow

    Deployment, monitoring, documentation and a handover you actually understand. Then we measure what changed.
